Snow

We've Got Snow! Despite all the warnings about Lake Effect blizzards hitting in the middle of October, we were pretty much the last people we know to get snow.
This week we finally got our first real snowfall. Which was then followed up by a few more inches the next day. While much of it started to melt today, we are supposed to get hit with some serious lake effect snow over the next 24 hours, which will supposedly dump 6-12 inches on us.
Some people would be pretty depressed by that news, but we know this means that the Ski resorts will open tomorrow and we
might be on the slopes as early as next week!Until then, here are some pictures of what we have so far. The first picture is of our garage and backyard. (one of out neighbors graciously plowed for us before we even woke up that morning.
The next picture is the front. You can just barely make out out Christmas lights.

We got hit this week (only an inch or so)...am adapting to a new sport myself: snow frisbee. A
nyway, Trouble doesn't seem to notice, and he's so damn cute when the frisbee knocks snow all over his face.
Oh dear, am I one of those crazy pet people who can't stop talking about her precious animal?
Happy skiing!
See you soon!
