Nugent Family Shrimp Dip
I'm going to our program party tonight at the WPA's house & figured that since I had the recipe out, I'd share it with the blog...note that if you use fat free mayo and fat free cream cheese, the entire dip is only about 400 calories total.

Nugent's Shrimp Dip
1 Brick (8 oz) softened cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 cup celery (minced)
1/2 cup green pepper (minced)
1 can tiny shrimp
(optional: 1 can crabmeat)
dash hot sauce
dash basil
S & P
(optional: thyme)
Soften cream cheese & mayo in a mixer. Once softened, add all other ingredients. Serve with celery and carrots (or crackers). Best if made a few hours before serving.
