Friday Night Informal Gathering
Hi All,
I had a thought and wanted to run it by you all. I'm not sure who's getting in when on Friday (or sooner or later than Friday), but I wanted to offer up my apartment for an informal get-together on Friday night for those who will be here and may want a place to see people before the festivities. I know Suzie & Rachel will be arriving on Friday sometime and will be coming to my place to stay. My place is nothing fancy, but I find it a cozy spot and it is decorated for the holidays. I think it could present a comfy, informal gathering place before the graduation shindig at Casa de la Aitken on Sat. and give people a little more time to see each other. I am happy to provide holiday snacks, cider, cocoa, and a place to just see people and chat, etc.
My question - who'll be around Friday day/eve that might want to gather? I am not sure who has family commitments upon arrival, etc. If people are interested, I'll send emails with my address, etc. I can also open them up to Jan & Claire, etc. and anyone else.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone!!!

I forgot to mention that wine and other spirits could be made available at the gathering as well. :)

I should be in sometime in the early evening/afternoon, so I'll head over then...could you email me your address?
I'll bring along an extra bottle of wine for the festivities.
